About Turning Point Software

Who We Are

Turning Point Software, Inc. (TPS) has been providing Closing Cost software for every Fortune 500 Title company for nearly 40 years.

Why is TPS so valued by Title companies?
We provide the most ACCURATE Closing Cost tool on the market. TPS released the first software program, Real Estate Bottomline in 1985 at the California Association of Realtors Disneyland Convention Center. This was an era where the only computers used were MLS Teletype machines. DOS 3.1 was the operating system of the day.

Over the years sales grew and in 2002 the Fidelity Title Companies requested a branded version for Fidelity Title, Chicago Title, Ticor Title and Lawyers Title. Today, TPS is proud to have partnerships with First American Title, Stewart Title and others to continue our mission to provide Title companies, Realtors and Lenders the most accurate Closing Cost software program available on the market.

Our Mission Statement

TPS is dedicated to providing the most Trusted and Accurate Closing Cost calculator to the market.

Software, including CostsFirst and Bottomline, has been used for more Real Estate closings than ANY calculator on the market.
